If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned items will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return process (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)
For all returns, please contact support@bestshopp.com to obtain your return label. Please indicate your order number and the item you wish to return and we will notify you of the next steps once we receive your email.
Damaged items
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@bestshopp.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items not received
If you have not received your complete order, please contact us at support@bestshopp.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number.
